Sales for the 4th!

Well, we’re here in July already – where did the time go?! Contrary to popular belief, COVID did not help me get better about writing blogs and I apologize. Being a full-time health care worker has taken priority during this time while also needing to do self-care for myself (i.e., becoming a part-time TikToker). Even though I have not been writing as much as I would like to, I have been doing a lot of reflecting and looking back on everything that has happened. It’s been full of learning experiences, occasional rough days, and some great memories. It may be surprising to say, but honestly I’m grateful for all of it.

As for this blog, I wanted to create a compiled list of the greatest 4th of July sales. To help me determine what you all were looking for, I asked a question on my Instagram story asking what items you have been wanting to purchase, but haven’t because you have been waiting for it to go on sale. I received a good mix of answers. Some of you are looking for outdoor patio furniture, indoor furniture, fitness clothing/items, everyday clothing, and beauty products. Here is what I have found for you!

Outdoor Furniture:

  • Macy’s:  They are having one of their best deals of the summer! They are having 20-65% off till July 31st. This also includes indoor furniture as well as mattresses.
  • Wayfair: Up to 70% off their patio and outdoor furniture. If you are shopping something by category for your outdoor area, I will link that here since they have it nicely separated.  And you better act fast since their sale ends on July 5th!
  • Ikea: Ikea is doing up to 30% off outdoor furniture. You all already know how affordable Ikea is, so with an additional 30% off is an even greater deal! Deals end July 5th!
  • Other places that are having sales:
    • Bed, Bath & Beyond: Up to 50% off select styles + free shipping over $39!
    • Overstock: Save up to 70% off + free shipping!
    • FrontGate: A little pricier but really nice quality! Save up to 50% off + free shipping sitewide till July 6th.
    • Pottery Barn: Check for sale.  Currently they are having up to 70% off. Plus get free shipping over $79 with code SUMMER.

Indoor Furniture:

  • Pier 1 Imports: We all know that businesses have been hit hard due to COVID-19.  While writing this blog I actually learned that Pier 1 Imports is going out of business! They are having up to 30% off their entire website as well as in store. The only thing to remember when purchasing from them is that all purchases are final, so make sure the item will match your decor and fit in your space 😉! Shop here by category!
  • Overstock:  They are having a huge sale! Save up to 70% off + get free shipping with your purchase!
  • Birch Lane: Birch Lane is very cute, comfortable, and affordable for furniture. Take an extra 15% off select items + free shipping with code PICNIC through July 7th.

  • Enso Rings: If you are married these rings are great for the gym! Select styles will be available at 25% off, any two selections will be available at 36% off, and any three selections will be 44% off at checkout.
  • Under Amour: Up to 40% off gear through July 9th.
  • REI: Up to 50% off select items & clearance through July 6th.  I usually purchase my Hydroflasks here and they are 25% off till July 6th!
  • North Face: Up to 30% off select styles + free shipping/returns.
  • Adidas: End of Season Sale & up to 50% off + free shipping over $49 and free 60 day returns.
  • Nike: Up to 40% off select items + free shipping and free 60 day returns.

Beauty & Skincare:

  • bareMinerals: Take $10 off $75, $20 off $100 + get free shipping on any purchase with code FIREWORK till 7/6. I love their blushes and personally use ‘GLEE.’
  • BeautyCounter: Save 15% off sitewide
  • The Body Shop: Save up to 50% off select items + free shipping after $25.

All in all, most of these sites will even give an additional percentage off if you subscribe to their email list or order from them for the first time. Always worth doing to save some money and you can always unsubscribe later ☺️!
